(playlist covers - 2018 - )
since 2018, i have created a monthly playlist of music, each with a varying theme and unique cover art. some of these are from other playlists and projects. i have also included variations i didn't use.
this is an ongoing work for me and i enjoy the push to create and diversify that it brings.
(2018)
here i established my basic theme for 2018-2019, basing the covers off of film posters or album covers.
(2019)
in 2019, i carried on the themes set in 2018, this time with a full year rather than a delayed start.
(2020)
2020 took a completely different visual approach, aiming for something more abstract. the playlists were kept to 100 songs only, and the image theme was simply to modify a picture i'd that month and push it to its visual limit to create something wholly new and striking.
